I am a fully qualified counsellor and a registered member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy) and abide by their ethical framework. I am DBS checked and fully insured.
I have Batchelor and Master’s degrees in Psychology and I am a member of BPS (British Psychological Society).
As a counsellor and psychotherapist, my theoretical framework is integrative with a Person-Centred approach as the prime theoretical model. I work with individual adults and young people, couples or families with a broad range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, low self-esteem, work stress and many more concerns.
Moving to London for family reasons has enabled me to gain a new perspective on life and to study the cultural differences between Western and Eastern Europe. This has given me the ability to analyse the struggle of migration from a first-hand point of view.
For several years, I have been practising in the UK - offering one on one consultations in Kent and online consultations on Skype.
I am constantly developing professionally, attending personal therapy and professional supervision sessions. I can guarantee full confidentiality for all my clients. However, most importantly, I come to each session with an open mind and heart rather than a rigid set of techniques.
To arrange a consultation, please call or text me on: +44 (0)7590469381 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org
All therapeutic sessions we have and supervision I undertake is done in absolute confidence. Any notes I take are kept anonymous and stored securely. There may be occasions where I break confidentiality when it comes to matters of harming yourself or others, or if someone were to break the law. Confidentiality is also discussed in the initial session.
